Reporting to the Creative Director, the Art Director will collaborate with the creative and account teams to conceptualize highly engaging content strategies with intuitive architectural constructs for client presentation. The candidate will be expected to own and lead their projects throughout the creative and production cycles. They will also have the ability to generate original creative concepts. An astute sense of design and incredible eye for detail, as well excellent verbal and written communication skills are paramount for success.

• Lead the generation of creative concepts, both hands-on and through team leadership and delegation
• Work effectively with the production team to develop design solutions that clearly meet briefs and/or client objectives - as well as timelines and budgets
• Stay current on design knowledge and trends, especially in the digital space
• Act as a true collaborator within the creative departments as well as with the other disciplines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience creating large and small-scale branding, print and digital initiatives
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• A strong understanding of information and user experience design
• Experience art directing photo and video shoots
• Experience working on national brands
• Strong conceptual ability
• Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Meticulous with design details and quality, both in motion and interactive mediums
• A positive attitude and an inspiring work ethic
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design or other relevant major
