Interactive Art Director

Interactive Art Director:
is a visionary who is creative by nature, understands what makes a great user experience and has a deep understanding of the technology driving digital today. The AD works on digital products, platforms and applications from concept through execution and has
the ability to work independently, in tandem with a Creative Director, and collaboratively with a cross discipline team including strategists, UX, designers, front-end and back-end developers.

Role and Responsibilities:
Participate / lead in the concepting and creation of digital products, applications, web and mobile web, etc.
Come up with big and small ideas that make the difference between good and great work
Support the Creative Director and account teams in ensuring the work reflects the clients' business and brand requirements
Work closely and collaboratively with team and clients
Present and explain the concepts, answer questions, communicate changes to team
Work in small groups and teams in a fast paced environment
Mentor and inspire other team members
Handle multiple projects simultaneously depending on size and scope
Stay current with latest trends and technology

Requirements:
At least 4+ years of professional experience creating digital campaigns/project, digital products, websites, mobile etc.
Ability to problem solve on an analytical level
Deep understanding of UX/user centered design
Stellar portfolio demonstrating solid experience
Strong communication skills
Collaborative, self motivated, professional
Interest in experimenting with new technologies; eager to learn
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a creative, collaborative environment
