Interactive Account Manager

Our awesome agency client is looking for an Interactive Account Manager to start as soon as possible in a temp to perm capacity.

Skills & deliverables:

-Familiarity with technologies such as HTML5, CSS and Flash, as well as motion graphics
-Expert at conflict resolution and negotiation, with strong written and oral communication skills
-Work closely with all agency department staff to develop and implement project strategies
-Retain, grow and develop accounts through daily interactions with clients
-Deliverables include full sites, microsites, online advertising, social media initiatives, mobile apps, and more
-Adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities
-Manage resources to ensure that projects stay on-time and under/on-budget


Other requirements:

1 - Since the account managers also are project managers, they fully expect them to be able to develop timelines for a site build, microsite build, online advertising creative development, etc.
2 - Really be aware of the latest in interactive technologies and trends.
3 - And since they are project managers as well, they need to manage the entire team to make sure the project is completed on time and on budget.
4 - Not be afraid of QA. We take great pride in making sure ALL of our work is QAed to the fullest extent. We rely on our account managers to lead the charge
5 - Experience in developing scopes (SOWs), timelines, and project estimates.
6 - Experience in developing pitches, proposals, etc.
7 - The desire to help the company grow.
8 - Give or take, has 4-6 years experience. This is just a rough estimate. Ultimately, they need to show that they’ve managed all types of interactive projects, developed scopes, developed proposals, is mature and has VERY strong written and oral communication skills.
9 - Work hard. Play hard. :o)
