Job Overview:

The agency is looking for an experienced Interactive Account Manager who can create digital strategies, work closely with the client and Creative Director to manage and deliver creative, manage the client relationship and tactically execute programs focusing on ROI.

Job Description:

As an expert in interactive solutions, you will help lead digital strategy development for clients with the focus of producing business results. Your background should include the combination of strategy, creative and technical solutions, including the tactical work of: defining, creating, launching, managing and optimizing digital solutions. As the Account Manager for a digital strategy agency, you will not only help develop the digital strategy, but you will be willing to roll-up your sleeves and execute portions of the work. Because your role encompasses everything interactive, you must have a passion for interactive marketing and digital solutions.

Interactive marketing solutions will include Branding, Messaging, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, etc. You will need experience managing or overseeing successful Google Adwords campaigns, optimizing content for SEO, executing digital media buys, and deploying dynamic email marketing campaigns. When it comes to social media, your experience includes overseeing robust social media programs.

Digital solutions will include: Content Management Systems, Mobile Apps, Web Apps, HTML5 Responsive Design, Ecommerce and more. As such, you will have extensive experience in managing the execution of such digital initiatives.

You will be responsible for directing the client engagement to ensure the program goals and objectives are being met. Weekly to monthly client communication and meetings will be the norm. Therefore, you will need to be comfortable managing client relationships, reporting results and analytics and enjoy regular interactions and presentations.

Your goals are to get results, keep clients happy and retain accounts.

This is a fast-paced and high-energy position that is highly collaborative. Teamwork and embracing the ever-changing nature of the digital space is essential. Organization and attention to detail are part of your core and entrepreneurship in a team environment is a part of who you are.

The ideal candidate will bring the following to the table:

3+ years of client management experience, ideally with an interactive agency
Extensive understanding of interactive solutions and interactive marketing
Experience working with creatives and an intimate understanding of creative deliverables
Well-honed prioritization and organizational skills, with an attention to detail
Strong strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
Excitement in leading a team on idea generation and/or new business initiatives
An ability to multitask under ever changing needs and tight deadlines; handling multiple accounts at once
