This diverse UX team boasts a variety of research, accessibility, interaction design, and visual design skills. The team produces a variety of interactive and scalable solutions; compelling user research and customer insights; services and applications in Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and more We require strong persuasive and communication skills; awareness of technology trends; and an ability to balance business and user wants.

We seek a strong, experienced designer capable of visuals and interaction, strong project management, and strong communication and influence. Focus of this role is interaction – workflows, navigation, data, forms, etc. This division delivers key applications and services to employees and partners, covering Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Support, and more. Our diverse UX team, which belongs to a vital, central engineering group, calls for a variety of skills and expertise in UI solutions; strong interaction design ability illustrated by delivery of complex UI solutions; architectural and visual programs; and balancing business needs, customer requirements, user responses. Must work e2e, from concept to design and tests to redlines and development liaison.

Qualifications: 5-7 years user interface design experience required. Client and web apps with transaction and other complex functionality. Must have a proven record designing and managing complete projects with consistent, cohesive, and appropriate designs at a professional quality level. Must work to ensure that all designs meet relevant guidelines and metrics as well as business teams’ expectations. This role will interface with the business stakeholders, so you will have an opportunity to collaborate in all aspects of the process. Some basic knowledge of HTML or other prototyping is preferred. Portfolio for view required. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Design may be required. Master's degree in Visual Design, Visual Communications or related field preferred.
