As an Interaction Designer you’ll be working within a multidisciplinary team of designers and developers. Your responsibility will be to create high quality interaction design work from early concepts through to highly detailed specifications and prototypes.

You’ll need to have the ability to respond to an ever-changing and fast moving environment and be passionate about getting things made, not just designed. You’ll be collaborating closely with our clients to create great user experiences within technical specifications and to business requirements. To succeed, you need to be detail-focused and strive to make things better whilst delivering on time and on budget.

REQUIREMENTS

SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience
• Professional knowledge of user-centered design, usability principles and techniques
• Working within multidisciplinary teams with visual designers, motion designers and developers
• Communicating and working with developers to solve technical challenges
• Visualizing and prototype concepts to varying levels of fidelity to demonstrate and test ideas
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM processes
• Passionate with a hunger to design and make things people use everyday
• The ability to think big whilst being detail oriented and delivery focused
• Organized and self motivated
• An excellent communicator (verbally and written), capable of inspiring colleagues and clients
• Outgoing, personable, sociable and easy going
• Open to criticism from your team to benefit project development
• Always eager to learn and to share knowledge
• The ability to deal with pressure and can work in a fast paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimating time and delivery of the project UX components with your team
• Interfacing with clients and stakeholders both with the project producer and directly
• Understanding clients’ complex organizational structures and acting accordingly
• Present concepts and ideas to clients of all levels
• Involvement in workshops, research and testing sessions with stakeholders
• Contributing to the further development our own UX design process
• Awareness and mitigation of project risk
• Representing the organization at conferences and industry events
