PROFILE #1:
User Interaction Designer App Development
As a UI Designer, you have a strong technical background and work closely with engineers and product managers to design customer experiences that are simple but great for the user, focusing on interaction and visual design. Your job is to make sure that our products are intuitive, accessible and usable to our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Help define the user experience for new and existing products and features. Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Benchmark the usability of new and existing products, and make constructive proposals for change. Collaborate with researchers, other designers, product managers and software engineers.
• Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts.

PROFILE #2:
Visual Designer

As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with other designers, engineers, and product managers throughout all stages of the product cycle to create compelling, coherent, and user friendly designs. Top candidates will be critical thinkers with the ability to express concepts verbally and visually and refine them through to final production artwork and or 3-D models.
Responsibilities
Create a consistent look that is pleasing to our users.
Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and Designs effectively.
Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.
Market and promote products and features so users understand what they're getting and what the benefits are.


Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications)
Excellent Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
5 years' experience designing outstanding vehicle -based products for a consumer-oriented experience.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe products
Proven ability in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process.
Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
