Interaction Designer

Must have Web, Mobile and Email design 

 

 

Responsibilities include: 

• Deliver work based on a Lean UX build-measure-learn process 

• Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver holistic experiences that evoke emotion yet are grounded in customer insights, business goals, and technological realities 

• Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite the complexity of the system for a set of tools that connect employees with customers 

• Test your hypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies 

• Collaborate so effectively with developers, researchers, product management and other team members that they ask to work with you again; use facilitative leadership skills to drive the best outcomes 

• Be so up to date with design trends and technologies that you are a go-to person in the community 

• Be creative, innovative, passionate and influential 

• Be that kind of teammate that adds energy to a team, inspires them, and brings out the best work in everyone 

• A natural born leader who is organized, self-directive, efficient. You can take a direction and run with it 

 

Qualifications 

• A degree in interaction design or a relevant field 

• 5+ years’ experience delivering software products 

• Deep knowledge of design principles and methods, innovation, and ideation tools 

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Omnigraffle, Axure, or Sketch, Invision 

• HTML/CSS Prototyping skills 

• BIG plus: visual design or motion design experience! 

• A dazzling online portfolio featuring your innovative solutions 

• Experience with information architecture/navigation design and designing for emotional engagement
