Interaction Designer

The UX Designer will report directly to Support Experience design lead and will assist in the creation and design exploration for future site features for support experiences across all products The ideal candidate has a diversified design experience that includes UX thinking, interaction design, responsive and visual design, with a portfolio to prove it.

Role Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Create design creative from concept through production – from sketches, to user flows, to wireframes, to mockups, to high-fidelity comps, to prototype, to development
• Contribute to architecture schematics, interaction design documentation, wireframes and style guides
• Work closely with engineering teams and product owners to iterate quickly within an agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with the broader design team to ensure alignment between short term and longer term projects.

Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional experience in interactive web design, e-commerce design, and print design including really strong communication/presentation skills.
• Experienced in responsive design principles and mobile-first design philosophy
• Up-to-date knowledge on current trends on the web from a design, technology and interaction point of view
• Proven ability to prioritize, thrive in a dynamic creative environment, and oversee multiple projects at once
• Experience leading the design, development and execution of user research and usability testing
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
