Interaction Designer / UX Designer
The Interaction / UX Designer is a key leader in the strategic design process on digital projects that will create and improve user experience on a large-scale highly transactional website of a Fortune 100 company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain valuable experience on a highly visible website working working with expert colleagues.
The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for delivering innovative design as you engage in cross-team collaboration with the best of interactive designers, content strategists, information architects and researchers to strategize, test, and development from the early stages of feature development and strategic planning through implementation and release.


Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with program, product, and project managers to gather requirements and integrate business objectives with customer needs
Collaborate and lead team of interaction designers, information architects, content strategists, and researchers to define the customer experience
Determine and recommend user-centered customer experience tasks, tools, deliverables, and milestones including the development of scenarios, navigational structures, sitemaps, user flows, screen designs, interaction models, functional templates and prototypes
Represent the main point of contact with clients and partners, escalating and resolving issues as necessary for both projects and larger platform initiatives
Coordinating with User Research Team to plan and execute user facing activities

• Persuasive, Influential and diplomatic

• In-depth knowledge of historical and emerging trends and best practices in the field of human-computer interaction
