The Interaction Designer’s main role is to define the behavioral and information display requirements for your client’s main website. They are tasked with making sure product requirements are defined and reasonably associated with user needs. This role is a lead role responsible for facilitating daily communication between stake holders and the UX team.

Responsibilities of this role include:
Define structure and behavior of information architecture
Concept prototypes, behavioral prototypes and behavioral specs
Work hand-in-hand with Content Strategist, Visual Designers and Usability experts
Act as Creative lead on multiple ongoing projects

3-5 years experience in an Interaction Design role within a large, corporate organization
Must have portfolio or work samples that demonstrate successful & satisfying designs for clients & customers (including site maps, information flows, wireframes and behavioral specs
In-depth knowledge and experience with building multiple protoypes, testing and continuing improving designs

Have at minimum an elementary comprehension of trends in the healthcare market

Client will entertain BOTH candidates looking for contract and candidates looking for Temp2Perm
