Integration Coordinator

Seeking an Integration Coordinator to join a major banking and financial lending company's in-house advertising agency. This person works closely with bank’s associated external advertising agencies as a liaison to facilitate integrated creative programs. This is an 18-month position, on site in Wilmington, DE, 8-5, normal business hours.



• Facilitate communication and manage relationships with outside advertising agencies 

• Collaborate across multiple teams and functions within the ad agency to drive successful campaign involvement and deliverables
• Effectively distribute information from external agencies to the in-house Account and Creative staff
• Attendance and coordination of status meetings and reports
• Ability to brief a team
• Monitor and track campaign movement from research stages to in market results
• Review creative against strategy, objectives and brand standards to drive creative and messaging consistency across all communication channels 

• Appreciate creative people and respect the creative process



Required:
• College degree
• Highly tactical senior level account executive with 5-8 years experience in an advertising/marketing agency
• Demonstrated experience driving and managing 50+ projects simultaneously
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Acrobat, FileMaker, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels, Traffic through Agency Director
• Effectively shares opinions and accepts feedback/pushback without being intimidated
• Ability to work well in cross-functional team environments
• Comfortable assisting in all tasks of this relatively small team, even those administrative in nature
• Understanding of how to bring multiple connect points together across various subjects and lines of business
• High energy, quick learner, thrives in a high volume, dynamic environment
• Seasoned social media user
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, productive working relationships

• Mix of strategic and tactical skills
• Prefer majority of experience in an advertising/marketing agency as opposed to in-house
