Integration Analyst

Our client, financially stable, well established and reputable in the automotive captive finance industry is currently looking to bring onboard an Integration Analyst to work in their corporate HQ in Torrance, CA. This is a contract to hire opportunity, with premium benefits provided for by Aquent.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Act as main contact/Central coordinator for SEC reporting
 Administer quarterly 10Q (K) package update in the system
 Complete statement of cash flows to ensure compliance with reporting requirements
 Prepare/compile quarterly fluctuation analysis
 Assist in documentation of Accounting policy and/or position paper. Understand, interpret and implement various accounting guidance.
 Ensure compliance of accounting policies with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
 Assist the Technical Accounting Group with other projects as needed.

Qualifications:
 BA/BS degree required Accounting, Finance or related major preferred.
 3-5 years of progressive public accounting experience preferred
 CPA required
 Experience with general ledger, trial balance, financial statement, consolidation and SEC reporting
 1-3 years of experience in GAAP research
 Finance Company experience preferred
 Must have excellent oral and written skills and ability to interface with all levels
 Knowledge of PeopleSoft, SAP and Oracle HFM consolidation tool preferred
 Knowledge of finance receivables, securitization, treasury accounting preferred
