Integrated Project Manager/Brand Program

We are seeking an Integrated Project Manager with Brand Management and/or Advertising experience for one of our San Francisco Financial Services clients. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, 40 hours/week, on-site. There is a possibility that the contract could be extended to 1 year. We are looking for someone who has a deep knowledge of managing agency relationships and coordinating all communications with C-level executives. You will have experience presenting to upper management as well as an eloquent and polished communication style and efficient, yet diplomatic approach when managing an agency. You will be a master at keeping schedules moving while coordinating various projects while keeping a cool head under pressure.

Responsibilities
• Lead the management and execution of brand management projects
• Develop and execute project goals that support business objectives, ensuring effective delivery
• Manage/drive the creation, review and approval of project deliverables
• Schedule and run all project reviews
• Drive and execute development plan that aligns project tactics with overall project strategy.
• Manage complex stakeholder review and issue resolution using sophisticated influencing skills
• Manage projects within the established scope, schedule and budget
• Manage risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation
• Facilitate team meetings and maintain master schedule
• Analyze and report actual performance vs. business case goals
• Work in a self-directed environment
