Integrated Project Manager with Pharma Experience

Vitamin T's client, the original boutique agency – a shop that combines the strength of one of the most successful creative networks in the world with the spirit, agility and innovation of a start-up - is looking for an Integrated Producer with five years of Pharma experience. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right person.


Can You….

• Create and manage best-in-industry experiences in any medium.

• Work with creative, technology, UX and strategy leads from an early concept stage forward, to ensure the most innovative production methods are employed.

• Ensure all proposed creative concepts can be produced within the specified timeframe or budget.

• Bid out and negotiate contracts with outside partners and manage them through out the course of the project timeline.

• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.

• Coordinate with account management to manage client expectations and specifically interface with clients on schedule, scope, or technical issues.

• Work with department leads to understand the level of effort needed from various disciplines and secure the appropriate resources.

• Foster, champion, and nourish a commitment to collaboration and team thinking, always being flexible enough to react to the inevitable changes that will occur as issues are reconsidered and projects evolve.

• Actively participate in team QA by creating, prioritizing and assigning QA tickets, tracking progress, creating/maintaining change logs, escalating when appropriate, and resolving issues by approval.

• Cultivation of strong relationships with all internal departments including creative teams, and account teams as well as industry partners

• Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the client’s business, needs, expectations, and requirements, including (but not limited to) Medical/Legal/Regulatory submissions and reviews, 2253 & certification submissions.

Do You Have…

• Solid understanding of producer/production methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed project plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings

• Recent experience successfully managing projects end-to-end (budgets, scheduling, technical feasibility assessment, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

• Strong client facing and client management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Successful history on setting and managing client expectations

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing (digital and/or broadcast and/or print)
