Our client's integrated Play development team has been set up to create new and exciting play patterns that fuse physical and digital play together to create new ways to engage kids of all ages in immersive brand focused experiences.

The Integrated Play team is developing both interactive content driven products and connected mobile software (apps/games) that are leading the client into the new era of digitally connected toys through innovative consumer experiences. The integrated play team develops experiences for all of the companies franchise brands.

The successful candidate will capture wonderment through play: deepen engagement in our story/character brands, layer delightful intuitive play interactions, and leverage cutting edge technology to provide the most magical physical/digital connected play.

The role requires proficiency in conceptualizing and developing digital play that is elegantly simple and engaging, as well as, accessible and welcomingly intuitive: perfectly formed for our young audience.

You will reference proven play patterns, while leveraging future-forward tech to inspire innovative play experiences that engage and delight kids. You stay current on the state of the industry, trends and inspirational games/experiences. (new game genres, new game design methods, and emerging platforms)

You will design user-centric experiences that put the child in charge, and spark imagination… where genuine fun is first, while still having an eye toward further enrichment by the positive developmental benefits that play affords, striking the desired balance between pure play and purposeful play.

Play is in your process: curious and courageous exploration, agility, and rapid iteration is the way to find the fun.

You are an advocate of inspired big ideas, yet have the critical skills to distill into simple relatable concepts that energize.

You are an innovative creative problem solver with the capacity to see opportunities where others see only challenges.

You have the ability to turn insights (from children, parents, educators, etc) into inspiration, targeting and executing on concepts that fulfill unique and focused opportunities.
