Integrated Operaton Lead

Our client is a technology brand with a global footprint; recently quoted as number 1 in PC and Tablet volume sales and number 3 in smartphones.

They are a company of engineers, driving innovation with a relentless energy. They have chosen a company to partner them as the team have shown themselves to have a shared agenda, energy and enthusiasm when delivering project work to date. The clients see us as a true partner and recognise the fast-paced nature of their business. As such, there is a need for a key member of the team to help guide the process, resource and ensure smooth running of processes. The role will partner the Global Creative Operations Manager client side who works out of the client, based in North Carolina. Essentially, client and agency alike want to make sure that the team have what they need to deliver what is set up to be a phenomenal year for the brand.


Client relationship management

- Managing workload and resource across the team so we have the right team in place to deliver against the scope of work

- Recognising and foreseeing times of high pressure to ensure the team is supported as required

- Ensuring there are clear agency and client project leads across all activities and that these are working effectively

Financial management and reporting

- Controlling client budgets across all client projects, reconciling invoices against project PO's

- Overseeing the internal financial processes with regard to the client account. Ensuring correct currency conversions and billing to correct clients and billing terms

- Tracking outstanding POs and chasing as required

- Management of intercompany payments across agencies and markets

- Maintaining status reports and systems for all financial items for presentation to client as required

- Tracking agency expenses

- Reconciling time across retainer and production jobs. Providing analysis as required for internal and external purposes

Production control

- A thorough understanding of process across all disciplines to maintain the smooth running of all production related finance matters and avoid financial pitfalls

- Tracking budget needs across productions and disciplines to ensure financial requirements are dealt with in a timely fashion so not to impede the production

- Understanding and tracking of all usages and artist payments so that these cover the needs of the markets and do not go outside of contract agreements

Team player / people and client management skills

- Display excellent mediating skills in managing the needs of agency personnel whilst reconciling this with the needs of the client

- Forging a solid relationship with the global client (based in Us) to partner them in the management of budgets and people management across disciplines

- Close relationship with the account management and production teams to track the status of all jobs and flag financial concerns

- Working in close proximity to the internal finance team across all client financial matters

Reporting structure/composition of team:

Part of the clients Account Management team. Reporting to Global Account Director.


At least 5 years’ agency and / or production experience. The nature of the role means that this person may have a traditional Account Management background or may have previous experience in Production or Procurement roles.

Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills are a must.


To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate that you have

The ability to be self-motivated, the role will work within the core Account Handling team straddling production but the role will be somewhat independent

A solid understanding of production budgets across discipline

Emotional maturity to deal with senior clients and agency colleagues around the world

Excellent Customer Service skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Interpersonal skills of a high level

Sound administrative and organisational skills

Excellent numerical skills

Ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure with the ability to prioritise and cope with last-minute requests for information
