Integrated Online Marketing Manager - fulltime, temp-to-hire

Director or manager-level marketing position at a prominent media company!

Seeking a marketing thought-leader with lead generation and nurturing background to drive strategy and execution of comprehensive campaigns through integrated online, email, print, outdoor, event and social media marketing channels.

This role is responsible for ensuring marketing and sales support goals are met through managing a timeline of campaigns from ideation to the minutiae of the execution. Ideal candidates will have worked in a similar position working with both a marketing team and a sales team in a collaborative manner to meet quantitative goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead campaign strategy: communicate objectives, target audiences, come up with key messages, timed programmed sequencing, CTAs
-Track and report results of campaigns: determine the most accurate methodologies to track campaign success across channels
-Brand management: daily review, input, and approval of at outbound marketing materials, ensure creative supports the brand, follows best practices, and maximizes ROI
-Team leader: responsible for meeting deadlines and deliverables, leading both marketing and sales teams to achieve lead generation and online sales goals


SKILLSET REQUIRED:
-8+ years of marketing experience, 2+ years in managerial role
-Marketing/Communications/Branding background preferred
-Campaign examples that focus on integration, innovation, not just execution
-Experience directing and implementing: email, direct mail, collateral, web, social media, video, webcasts, event marketing
-Strong relationship building skills, working with BOTH marketing and sales teams
-Quantifiable success in meeting lead and sales goals
-Expert in EXCEL, Google Analytics, and other ROI tracking tools
