The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of industry events including the Global Licensing Show (Las Vegas), and licensing/retailer summits. Works in partnership with GBE to develop strong branded play statements at Toy Fairs, GSM, and product/retail Hallway resets internal meetings (e.g. GSM)
A secondary function of the role is to ensure that the commercial licensing teams have fast and coordinated access to brand and category development tools (sell sheets, bulletins, presentation, pitches) and other execution plans necessary to drive revenue. The function also works to execute key Hasbro and licensee marketing initiatives including PR execution, TV commercial integration, etc.
The role serves the category, creative and retail teams in licensing in partnership with the GBT and GBE teams.

40% Licensing Events
Work with SVP, GBE & Creative to fully execute key licensing events in the Master Calendar including Licensing Show and licensee meetings. Develop, drive and manage project list. Engage key constituents around the company to provide support for events (GBE, GBT, Regional marketing teams)
30% Branded Play Integration
Work with GBLP creative and product specialist teams as well as GBE to ensure Global licensing execution of “branded play” for all corporate initiatives including GSM, Toy Fairs and main street displays, etc.
Ensure execution of global, comprehensive, professional selling tools by the GBT/Licensing creative organization based on master communication plan. Broadcast to regional licensing teams. Selling tools include brand presentations, sizzles, Hot Sheets, Blasts, etc.
Work with PR team to drive external communication plan for corporate events (Toy Fairs, Licensing Shows, Top, BLE). Ensure streamline licensee media approvals (press releases, social media, etc)
Work with SVP to execute key marketing initiatives including coordination of PR initiatives; execution of licensing integration into key marketing initiatives (commercials, website, aps, etc).
Work with category team to ensure smooth execution of licensee initiatives (press releases, social media, commercials, etc)
