Integrated Marketing Manager

The Integrated Marketing Manager will play an integral role in developing sales and marketing strategies for our Fortune 1000 Hispanic Media client located in Miami, Florida. The position combines creative, big idea/ platform creation, strategic planning, internal and external relationship building, and strong organizational and project management skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with internal departments (digital, editorial, social media, production, etc.) and Sales to develop and present integrated opportunities across the landscape to maximize sponsorship and ad revenue
• Creation and presentation of new sales, brand and marketing materials
• Develop 360 Integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams
• Work with sales team on RFP responses and pro-active pitches
• Development and management of key third party relationships for the purposes of research, content distribution and joint sales efforts
• Ongoing involvement in key initiatives beyond day-to-day responsibilities as assigned by Integrated Marketing and sales directors and VPs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is highly preferred
• Any experience working with clients in the Financial or Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
• 4+ years relevant experience in a digital integrated marketing role, previous media AND / OR advertising agency a plus
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while keeping calm
