Integrated Marketing Manager

Our Fortune 500 Media & Entertainment Client is looking to add an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to their team. If selected you would manage on average 3 or more networks and platforms within the Entertainment, Lifestyle, News, Sports and Hispanic networks, Strategic Partnerships, and internal groups of our client.


Project Assignments:

  • Reporting to Portfolio Strategy Managers and Directors, this position will support and contribute to the development and implementation of cross-portfolio integrated ad sales marketing strategies across multi-channel and multi-platform initiatives - including on-air, online, mobile, local, partnerships, distribution, new media, etc.  


  • Support Portfolio Managers in organizing client related materials: i.e. timelines, calendars, etc


  • Accountable for consistent and timely communication of relevant information with all network liaisons in the maintenance /execution of all Portfolio concepts

Liaison Support:

  • Work with all network partner marketing liaisons and client's creative teams to ensure accountability, message consistency and deliverables are met by all internal partners for Portfolio campaigns


  • Marketing Assignments will be provided by Strategy Managers and Director based on workload and existing priorities
  • Ownership of the Portfolio status document and EVP update process
  • Assist with long-term department projects – Client Portfolio Talent Deck, Supporting Category Analysis for Category Accounts
  • PaT System – Claim/Add/Close Out all PIM Marketing Ideas into the PAT System Pre-Sale Phase

Proactive Development:

  • Support Managers on projects that identify Portfolio sales opportunities

Category Information Gathering:

  • Assist Managers in the accumulation of category-specific insights and information to implement into all client-related materials and in preparation for brainstorming sessions
  • RFP response assistance, deck work and review, creative ideation, etc…


  • Coordinator of all the department’s proactive PIM ideas Campaign Execution & Post-Sale Phase

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in maintenance /execution of all sold Portfolio concepts for ad partners

Meeting Prep:

  • Help with printing docs, booking conference rooms, agendas, etc…


  • Note take and recap all meetings where a PIM Director/Manager acts as lead


  • Development of all portfolio campaign trackers (Includes hit times, air-checks, isciis, digi/social tracking/social synch, etc).


  • Post-Sale documentation gathering and check-ins with PIM Directors/Managers (Deal memos, Scope Of Works, Development of Master Production Calendars, All form of Legal Docs)
  • Post Sales - Meeting prep / Coordination (Help with printing docs, booking conference rooms, agendas, etc…)
  • Assisting PIM leads on all asset gathering for recaps, quick caps
