Summary: The Marketing Director is responsible for all aspects of marketing and branding the Company’s membership travel club product. The Marketing Director creates and implements company-wide best practices for membership sales and lead generation. The Marketing Director develops and monitors key metrics on the marketing program as a whole and on a channel by channel basis.

Essential Job Functions:
• Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan
• Be accountable for reporting and measuring the effectiveness and profitability of marketing programs both as a whole and on a program level.
• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer needs and establishing target market segments.
• Develop and package brand.
• Create and sustain rapport with key marketing / PR / and creative partners
• Analyze market trends, competition and supply and demand of similar travel club products
• Protect the Company’s value by maintaining strict confidentiality
• Exhibit the culture and attitude of a SaveOnResorts.com Management Team member

Qualifications:
• Five (5) years of experience with design implementation and management of marketing programs through multiple channels in a senior role.
• Experience in multiple channels including but not limited to online marketing, television advertising, radio advertising, call center marketing, trade shows, field sales and affinity and affiliate marketing programs.
• Previous experience with corporate responsibility in project management of project/programs designed to assist marketing efforts.
• Experience creating a brand.
• Experience leading marketing campaigns. Candidate will be asked to comprehensively explain successful and unsuccessful campaigns from the past.
• Working knowledge of marketing databases
