Integrated Digital Strategy Project Manager

This individual will serve as a digital strategy liaison, supporting 2-3 brands in the portfolio. Through this role, this individual will collaborate with brand marketers, technology partners, clinical colleagues and creative / media agencies to gather requirements for planning new digital marketing, advertising, content roadmaps, relationship marketing or multi-channel marketing campaigns and deliver requirements to the leadership team. He or she will assist their colleagues by preparing relevant data insights (Google Analytics, Media Results, Competitive Intelligence, Clinical Trial Recruitment Results, etc.) to help make informed digital investments that support the firm’s business goals. 
The Integrated Digital Strategy Manager will work directly with colleagues to create, update and promote digital marketing assets. More specifically, this individual will be responsible for guiding the development and launch of digital marketing strategy across channels including, but not limited to: interactive sales visual aid (iRep), websites, search, email, display, mobile and social media. 

Required Skills/ Experience 
Min 5 - 10 years of experience with concentration on Digital Strategy and Digital Project Management. 
Bachelor’s Degree Required. 
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. Client/Agency blend is ideal with brand experience tied to Oncology, Neurology or Metabolic diseases. 
• Must have strong understanding of/ experience with digital marketing and strategy 
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Must have strong project management skills (ability to identify risks and escalate issues) 
• Should have strong digital analytics experience (site analytics, media projections, results, etc.) 
• Should have digital advertising expertise (SEM, social, mobile, display/rich media, youtube, remarketing, e-newsletters, Performance-based CPA, etc.) 
• Should have campaign management experience (including platforms that utilize email, SMS, preference centers, business rules, CRM integration, unsubscribe guidelines, etc.) 
• Should have UX and/or SEO experience 
• Should have experience writing digital standards and processes that can be repeated / scaled 
• Should have Microsoft Project, Campaign Management, Zinc and Veeva experience
