Integrated Digital Strategy Project Manager

This individual will serve as a digital strategy liaison, supporting 2 brands in the portfolio. Through this role, this individual will collaborate with Brand Marketers and creative / media agencies to gather requirements for planning new digital marketing, advertising, content roadmaps, relationship marketing or multi-channel marketing campaigns and deliver requirements to the IDS leadership team. He or she will assist their colleagues by preparing relevant data insights (Google Analytics, Media Results, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to help make informed digital investments that support the firm’s business goals.

The Integrated Digital Strategy Manager will work directly with Brand Marketers, Agency and Technology colleagues to update / promote new digital marketing assets. More specifically, this individual will be responsible for guiding the development and launch of digital marketing strategy across channels including, but not limited to: interactive sales visual aid (iRep), websites, email, display, mobile and social media.

Required Skills/ Experience
• Min 3-5 years of experience with Digital Marketing Experience for Strategy and Digital Project Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Pharma/Agency blend is ideal.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience required, 3+ years.
• Must have strong understanding of/ experience with digital marketing and strategy
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong project management skills (ability to identify risks and escalate issues)
• PM experience for social media is a plus.
• Should have strong digital analytics experience (site analytics, media projections, results, etc.)
• Should have digital advertising expertise (SEM, social, mobile, display/rich media, youtube, remarketing, e-newsletters, Performance-based CPA, etc.)
• Campaign management experience (including platforms that utilize email, SMS, preference centers, business rules, CRM integration, unsubscribe guidelines, etc.) is required.
• Strong technical and working knowledge of Sitecore a CMS (Content Management System/Campaign Management System).
• Should have UX and/or SEO experience
• Should have experience writing digital standards and processes that can be repeated / scaled
• Strong Microsoft Project experience

***Need creative/strategic experience who are analytical with a business sense. Experience in pharma required, launching products digital/online.
Experience with agency and pharma blend. Understand cost reduction, technology and troubleshoot as well as be creative.

***Need to have neurology or metabolic experience. Oncology is a nice to have but only in addition to neurology. This position will focus on epilepsy and obesity.

***Candidate will work on 2 projects. 1 they will own and run and the other they will be a backup on.
