Integrated Communications Executive

Help develop and manage Channel Marketing Strategy; Support go to market strategy for key product launches and propositions by working closely with all appropriate levels within Business and marketing to drive conferencing into their go to market strategy; Identify and develop close working relationships with key contacts; Prioritise and implement on any tactical campaigns, events and sales incentives; Work closely with the channels, suppliers and product lines to understand future conferencing solutions, ensuring that these are customer centric at all times; Work with sales and product to segment and target the market by industry, job function and other customer clusters. Deliver targeted solutions and messages based on these segments;

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will work with the Digital Marketing team. This team is part of the Geographic Marketing team and works closely with the business to drive marketing and communications around our business offerings.

The role will help to manage the creation of effective marketing programmes to drive our business in the UK with an aim to 1) Disrupt the marketplace through a unique positioning, differentiated messaging and provocative content 2) Connect to clients and influencers through targeted events and digital conversations and 3) Sell our capabilities, offerings and services through the next generation sales experience, digital credentials and internal advocacy piece.

The candidate will report to a Manager and will be expected to build and maintain an extensive network of stakeholders both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with, and help manage, internal business stakeholders to help define marketing and comms priorities
• Work with the team to input into holistic marketing programmes
• Work with the team to support and drive programmes working with sponsorships / key external partners. This will involve preparation and support of conferences, business roundtables and a broad range of event including event management
• Work with creative agencies to help design and prepare materials in a range of different mediums including film, print, social etc
• Help draft and create communications materials for all audiences
• Work with the team to drive digital marketing through digital and social channels
• Work with the team to help reporting back to all stakeholders
• Ensure that all programmes are evaluated based on proper metrics and ensure regular reporting of programme and progress against metrics to Senior Management


Reports to: UK Manager and Senior Manager.

External Relationships: Rights holders, vendors, suppliers, agencies, organisations and other third parties

Internal Relationships: Business stakeholders at all levels and business subject matter experts, wider Marketing Community, UK Managing Directors


Education: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent

Work Experience: Solid experience in management and creation of marketing programmes. Experience in digital marketing. Experience in technology specific marketing is a real bonus. Understanding of business issues

Work Requirements: Minimal travel (related to event execution) depending on geographical span

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Strong project management skills.
• Understanding and ability to apply marketing concepts, branding and message development skills.
• Able to work in a complex and dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities, interacting with people at all levels of the organization and across multiple functions
• Relationship building skills and experience of managing complex multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to “self-start” by enlisting the support of colleagues from within the Marketing function and across the business
• Understanding of business content and how to apply to business issues and problems – should have good writing and creative skills.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to deliver well-executed deliverables in support of the business strategy.
