Instructor/ Instructional Designer

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of technical experience

Desired Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical instructor capacity
Engineering degree or AA degree with a minimum of 2 years of related engineering experience

Responsibilities:
Safety (10% of Time): Maintain an absolute commitment to safety and provide a safe work environment for self, co-workers, the company and the general public at all times.
Communication (50% of Time): Work directly with learners, fellow instructors, and the curriculum development team in delivering training, be open to feedback, provide coaching and strong facilitation skills.
Teamwork (20% of Time): The CSD Technical Instructor will be part of a high-performance learning organization where teamwork, initiative, technical, and facilitation skills form the foundation of outstanding adult learning success. Provide input as a team member to identify training gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Business Understanding (10% of Time): Apply business knowledge, expertise, and experience to ensure delivery of a high quality training experience for our learners. Facilitate courses designed to teach the fundamentals of Estimating and/or New Business
Technical (10% of Time): Subject Matter Expert consulting to our clients. Collaborate with Learning Designers to update and develop course curriculum, materials and training aids, using tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Automatic Response Systems
