THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.

The Learning Technology Team a is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer and Content Developer with 5+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering distance (online) learning for high tech companies, preferably with experience developing courses for software companies and developing software training.

The Learning Technology Team creates online courses for employees on a variety of HR-related topics, focusing on HR tools and HR software training. Other topics include management training, talent management, legal compliance, new employee orientation, diversity and inclusion, and HR process and procedure training, among others. The team also designs live-virtual training materials, assists as live virtual presenters/producers for the subject matter experts, and works with the web design team to assist with the design and development of HR wiki sites and websites.

The candidate should be experienced with software and tools used in the production of online courses, such as Articulate Presenter, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, screen capture and graphic editing programs, and the use of microphones and audio recording and editing software.

The Instructional Designer will work on several projects at one time, working with clients to consult about instructional design approaches and decisions and working with them through the production of the training materials and through the update and revision process for existing courses and wiki sites or websites.
Develops courseware to support new and existing products in conjunction with Product Division.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Bachelor*s Degree in Computer Science or Instructional Design.
