Seeking *6* instructional designers; MAX Pay rate: $55/h

Brief Job Description:
To build all course content for a large, innovative customer information system implementation.
o Design and build system training courses for employees that include:
o Course content (facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, assessments, etc…) directly tied to learning outcomes.
o Interactive, engaging activities.
o Learning principles and best practices that ensure the training is accessible, relevant and will be retained.
o Learner assessments to measure performance and retention.
o Materials to engage leadership in their direct reports’ learning journey.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts, from multiple teams, who provide input into developing and reviewing training content.
o Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving employee training needs.
o Partner effectively with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

What is the size of the team this resource will be working with? 25

Required Skills: training program design with adult learning theory, project management skills, analytical skills, able to learn new technologies quickly, 3+ years experience in training program design.

Preferred job skills: Knowledge of HTML, Captivate or Oracle Customer Information systems
