We are looking for an on site Instructional Designer, for a 6 week project!

Our client is replacing its home grown meeting room reservation system (RoomView) with Add-On Products. The new solution will integrate with Outlook and offer the Employee Community a single interface for booking conference room reservations.
With this change, job aids for users need to be created. Our client is seeking a contractor to be part of their team to create these job aids that support a successful launch.
This person will have baseline materials to build from.


Internally facing client stakeholders include:
Internal end user community, including power users (e.g. group Administrators)
Corporate Support Services Room Administration/set up team
CIS Service Desk staff


The ideal candidate will deliver the following:
Role-based job aids that support functional tasks
Instructional documentation to support a one-time meeting transition (RoomView to Outlook) event
Delivery in electronic format using MS Office tools
Effective collaboration with change and adoption lead and implementation Scrum team
Instructional guide (s) for migrating/transitioning meetings from RoomView to Outlook
Requirements:
Ability to understand scope and needs, and desire to work with team to achieve business objectives and deliverables
Capacity to perform the services in the required 6 week time frame as reflected by availability of adequate personnel
Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment and integrate with Scrum teams
Practiced consultant competencies in training and change management
Past performance with respect to quality of work and ability to meet deadlines for similar projects
