Instructional Designer

As an instructional designer for this top tech company you will:
- Take ownership of the creation of educational materials to ensure quality deliverables.
- Along with the actual content to be delivered, this role will be responsible for developing lesson plans to be used alongside the content.
- Consult with Program Managers on appropriate learning solutions.
- This person will work closely with other teams within company to ensure the accuracy of our training content.
- Manage the relationship and development of content with key SME (Subject Matter experts) and conducts needs analysis.
- Create learning solutions for multiple delivery methods including instructor-led, and blended instruction.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design


Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in successfully designing, developing, delivering and improving high-quality learning solutions including instructor-led / blended instruction.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills: presents clearly and articulates concepts well to a large audience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
- Creative problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, an understanding of group and corporate dynamics.
- Ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape.
