This Fortune 500 financial service client provides unique and exclusive high net work/spend card member experiences, e.g. premium VIP travel concierge services. Each time a card member needs to plan his/her pleasure or business trips, a single phone call gives them access to Services where they will receive personalized attention.

As an Instructional Designer you will focus on building lessons and courses for multiple clients as well as maintaining multiple training programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be also be able to use their design skills for internal client Consultants via Instructor Led Training and E-Learning to drive significant improvements to VIP customer satisfaction.

• The successful candidate will have experience designing, developing and delivering training content. A key to success will be to do this within the blended learning framework. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to provide insight into the global training business, with a beginning track record for building high impact, blended learning lessons and courses.
• Working closely with business partners and Subject Matter Experts to drive the lesson level design and curriculum level fit from the design documents created.
• Design, develop and build blended learning content for world class customer business needs
• Proven use of training methodologies and knowledge of current and emerging technologies (Adult Learning, Organizational Effectiveness, ADDIE, AGILE)
• Help meet business goals by ensuring the readiness of learners to respond to customer contacts
• Develop and evangelize best practices in training and performance improvement processes. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to identify key product information and use e-learning for distribution
• Write training related assessments in an electronically delivered medium to meet the objectives as defined by the design document and build and deliver train the trainer sessions
• Be able to effectively project and manage your development efforts and execute the vision you have for your programs/projects

Requirements:
• A degree or certification in Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Education strongly desired plus 5+ years of on the job application
• Proven experience with Instructional Design and the ability to write course /lesson level content meeting the needs of requestors
• The ability to write application level test questions, creating strong mechanisms as well as scenario based testing scenarios for all international support needs
• Proven e-learning design and development experience and experience with designing and developing blended learning solutions and Instructor led training.
• Captivate and Articulate software a bonus; Learning Management System a plus
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, driving diverse workgroups to collaborative solutions
• Strong interest and commitment to the consumer customer satisfaction and delivering world class customer service
• MS Office skills in Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel a must
