Instructional Designer

Our pharmaceutical and biotechnology medical education client is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team

Starts: within 1-2 weeks
Duration: 40 hr/wk, 3 month with opportunity to extend full time
Location: on-site in New Hope, PA

The right Instructional Designer that's experienced would be responsible for the entire training program for their clients, including:
+ the development, implementation and evaluation of education initiatives and instructional materials for several client groups
+ online training and interactive courseware for clients training solutions
+ working to determine appropriate delivery channels for each performance medium, such as instructor-led & computer-based courses, virtual web-based programs, job aids or other performance interventions.
+ analyzing data needed to identify and confirm business challenges AND translating concepts into tangible practices (i.e. RESULTS)

Ideally, the right fit would have:
+ at least 3 years instructional design experience
+ advanced PowerPoint capabilities + stellar skills formatting templates, and creating newsletters
+ knowledge of Adult Learning Theory, ADDIE and ILMS or SCORM
+ experience developing content using Captivate, Articulate Presenter / Studio, Dreamweaver and HTML
+ experience with Info Mapping, SnapIt, Flash, Photoshop or similar
+ a Master's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field strongly preferred
