Customer Learning Program Manager

Responsibilities
Our new Learning Program Manager will help design and implement customer training and certification offerings that meet both business and customer outcomes, while expressing our client's passion for education. This program manager reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Learning & Development and interacts closely with all members of the US and Global training team, as well as leaders in other business groups, to meet the strategic long-term vision of training over 200,000 Accounting Professionals.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Developing educational course development for Accountant customer training and certification programs, particularly small-business Accountants who use, consult, and recommend the product.
• Applying expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructional design, eLearning, mobile learning and customer education best-practices to design training programs that are innovative and compelling.
• Providing impeccable management, leadership and execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are met, while balancing cross business unit relationships to ensure shared vision and line of sight.
• Facilitates training to enable engaging learning experiences that are conducive to learning and drive business outcomes
• Identifies appropriate measures to evaluate training programs against business outcomes. Develops student assessments (Level 2 and Level 3) based on defined learning objectives, as well as other methods to track desired performance behaviors. Managing program budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
• Partnering with other business units to determine training needs based on business priorities, and making recommendations on solutions and programs to upper management.
• Conducting research and report out initiatives to better understand customer training needs, program successes, training ROI, and the impact of educating customers against Intuit’s overall shareholder and customer metrics.
• May require up to 35% domestic travel. Will require 10%+ of your time laughing and having fun with the team!


Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and skills:

• Passion for learning and helping others learn 100% required… this is the core of the role!
• Capability to manage the needs of our growing training business while remaining attentive to delivering on the needs of key stakeholders.
• Ability to solve tough problems in innovative ways, while scanning the environment for opportunities and fostering creativity and innovation throughout the organization.
• Able to learn quickly and juggle multiple projects at once; strong bias for action.
• Flexible and creative in identifying training solutions.
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience with a proven and successful track record designing, developing, implementing and evaluating multiple training programs at once.
• Strong multi-tasking skills are required along with the ability to effectively and positively work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent collaborative problem solving skills, strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• BA/BS degree. Masters degree a plus.
