Exciting opportunity for an Instructional Designer (1-3 years experience) to work with a Fortune 500 banking/financial client. The Instructional Designer is charged with providing consulting services and conducting analysis for developing learning solutions, as well as prescribing, designing and developing them!

*This is a 12-month assignment, on-site in Charlotte, NC.

The Instructional Designer is responsible for determining the learning solutions and to address knowledge/performance gaps of the target audience for each business need.

The Instructional Designer will serve as the key connection point between the Learning & Performance Solutions team, and business partners during learning solution analysis, design, and development. The primary role is to analyze, prescribe, and design appropriate learning solutions (using instructional technologies and processes) in the following areas: Web Based Training, Instructor Led Learning (virtual and classroom), Electronic Performance Support (on-line and paper-based references), and video.

The Instructional Designer will also:
- Work with a consultant to develop criteria to measure the effectiveness of each learning solution.
- Develop efficiencies in the learning processes.
- Support Global Learning in its drive to become the most admired Learning organization in the world.

Experience Required:
- Entry-level instructional design experience, 1-3 years
- 1-3 years experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs
- 1-3 years of training and curriculum development experience in multiple delivery methods (ILT, WBT, structured writing practices, etc.).
- Proficient with PowerPoint and one of the following: Shagit, Photoshop or any editing screen capturing tool

Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in Instruction Design discipline preferred, but not required.
(Note: Candidates with no previous work experience in this area will only be considered if they hold a Bachelors Degree in Instruction Design.)
