An elite product marketing team within one of the country’s most recognizable brands is looking for an contract/freelance Instructional Designer  to work on crafting content for the Travel Related Industry Group within the financial service Fortune 500 company.  

This awesome career-defining role is onsite in  40 hours a week for 7 months with the opportunity to extend into 2017. Locations: Salt Lake City, UT, Fort Lauderdale, FL, or Phoenix, AZ.  

As an industry leader, our Fortune 500 client put customers at the center of all that they do - and they’re looking for top talent to join them - possibly you!   As an Instructional Designer, you will:

1. Design training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services. 
2. Develop and update course content and coordinate learning curriculum. 
3. Conduct assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly. 
4. Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field. 
5. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department or top management.   

Requirements and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. 
2. Must have accomplished skills in the use of Captivate v7 or higher 
3. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
