Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging eLearning solutions including:
o Hands On Simulations
o “How To” Videos
o PowerPoint presentations
o Online Assessments
• Recommend eLearning solutions and multimedia practices to be incorporated into training program and implement appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Trainers to understand priorities and needs and design and deliver content accordingly
• Use presentation software and eLearning creation tools to develop content
• Assist with development of additional training tools on an as needed basis (i.e. quick cards, task sheets, comparison charts, checklists etc.)
Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent prioritization, time management and organizational skills required in a fast paced, changing environment
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Aesthetic and Design Sense
• Strong Learning Orientation.
• 5+ years experience in instructional design
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Captivate, Brainshark and other necessary instructional tools
• Knowledge of Financial Services Industry a plus

Strong preference that candidate already has licenses for required software tools (Captivate or similar) and utilizes personal laptop for content creation
