Instructional Design Learning Lead

- Communicate with the CLT Learning Leaders, Learning Team and business partners
- Lead planning, design and development for technology learning for the systems in scope and provide direction to the GP consultant team for day to day work and deliverables
- Develop learning strategy/approach along with detailed learning plan to determine learning solution types/modalities and deliverables to achieve business/program goals and objectives
- Design/Develop learning solutions and review deliverables to ensure learning best practices and standards are met
- Lead consultant team of 3-6 contractors in day to day responsibilities to plan, design, develop and review learning deliverables to ensure high quality and achieves business goals
- Experience leading large and dynamic technology learning initiatives and designing various learning solutions using tools such as Captivate, Lectora, GoAnimate, and Articulate
Skills Required:
- Over 5 years of experience across the following:
o Strong leadership and has successfully led learning initiatives for audiences over 10k
o Critical & Strategic thinking skills and expertise in developing program level learning strategies, blended learning approach for technology learning initiatives
o Effective communicator and strong executive presence to easily connect and convey key messages with various levels of leaders, business partners and team members to create open, collaborative and aligned team environment
o Innovative, self-motivated, bias for action, solution provider and high degree of responsibility and accountability
o Strong Instructional & Graphic Design and development experience in various media formats and tool, technologies (e.g. elearning, mobile, video, simulations, gamification, How To Instructional Guides)
o Subject Matter Expertise in adult learning principles and thorough understanding for various ways people learn
