Our client's video game and software team is focused on delivering best in class customer experience and delighting customers with selection, availability, and convenience during an exciting time as they launch the next generation of gaming consoles. They are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, driven and highly analytical Instock Associates to join their team. This position is responsible for developing and executing inventory management strategies to maximize customer experience, sales, margin and inventory turns. He or she will have responsibility for ensuring all inventory systems and processes are meeting the needs of the business and implementing controls around these processes. Strong understanding of data with experience generating and managing forecasts, reports and analyses is required. The position requires an individual who can work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and possess the ability to coordinate cross-functional project development.

Daily responsibilities include tracking/editing Purchase Orders (POs), submitting “HOT” PO or transportation (high priority) requests, tracking/managing inbound transportation, verifying inventory availability for upcoming promotions and new releases, reviewing daily forecast changes, reviewing daily buying

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Planning or Finance discipline
Experience with supply chain, inventory planning, retail and/or finance
Experience interpreting and communicating analytics, creating and managing models in Microsoft Excel, and problem solving and project management skills.
