Our client, a Fortune 500 financial company, is looking for a talented UX Designer to join their team. The main responsibility of this team is delivering unique and innovative designs and experiences across organizations, applications, products and offerings. Diverse backgrounds range across design agencies, mobile handset manufacturers, financial institutions, mobile carriers, startups and content providers.

So what are the requirements? Let’s take a look!

− You must have BFA or BA in related field, graduate design degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in experience design and graphic / visual development required.
− You must have a deep understanding of experience design for digital products and services of all kinds, sizes, shapes and contexts.
− You will help set the direction, vision, and methodology for a growing team in their San Francisco, New York, and Wilmington studios and set the bar for quality by example, with energy and passion.
− You must have a strong POV on design, hands-on creation of experiences, developing strategies for implementation within a complex ecosystem and building meaningful relationships within the organization.
− You must have awareness and practical understanding of current technologies, and their application and relevance to digital experiences
− You must have a proven understanding of responsive web & mobile application design and wireframe development
− You must have the ability to develop and sustains effective and cooperative working relationships with peers, managers and other internal or external stakeholders
− You must have flexibility/adaptability (ability to change direction based upon team and stakeholder consensus)
− You must have a user-centric view is paramount while providing simple, fun, and enriching digital experiences for our customers.


Let’s talk about the responsibilities for this role.

− You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside our design systems, graphic, architecture, product and engineering teams to deliver new experiences through effective artifacts (from Customer Journeys & Ecosystem Maps to Participatory Design Prototypes & Wireframes).
− You must have a balanced understanding of strategy, research, interaction and visual design is a must.
− You must be a customer experience advocate, excited about improving our customer’s lives through simple, intelligent and enriching products and experiences.
