Information Architect

- Understanding target audiences’ needs and other motivating factors and translating them into concepts for compelling interactions and experiences.
- Collaboratively developing scenarios, navigation models, and prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients.
- Developing and documenting detailed information architecture and interaction designs for highly interactive interfaces to support marketing strategy, brand strategy, and desired user behaviors.
- In depth understanding of knowledge management areas of expertise like taxonomy and vocabulary development, content assessment classification and organization, search strategies for web, database and applications, information architecture, and navigation design.
- Leading and/or participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing.
- Perform necessary investigation, analysis and evaluation of client business requirements.
- Work with end-users to capture and translate client business needs into business process and
- technology requirements.
- Experience observing user research and translating user research into design decisions.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to client end users at all levels of the organization.
- Establish and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors and key client personnel at all organizational levels.
- 3 - 4 years experience as an information architect, or interaction designer.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.

IA will work with Adobe Illustrator and/or Visio
