6 month contract on-site at client location.
Pay: Up to $66/hr.

At this top tech company the Global Learning Design group is a team of instructional and visual designers who help solve learning problems. We understand every aspect of the learning design process, from analyzing the business problem, to
designing and developing a solution and evaluating success. As an Information Architect on the GLD team, you will identify needs, design and maintain user-friendly and engaging learning solutions in a broad range of online formats (including websites). You will also be working alongside a wide range of stakeholders, including instructional designers, curriculum managers, visual designers, developers and program managers to document and organize content in a clean and intuitive manner. You will help shape informational spaces for learners so that they can find what they are looking for and continue to grow their skills and careers. You won’t hesitate to get your hands dirty producing wireframes and workable prototypes and you will dive deep into a topic to make sense of the content strategy and to guide the content creation process.

The "people development team" works hard to ensure every employee has access to the resources they need to become their best personal and professional selves. They leverage tools, technology, and innovative formats to scale learning and support workers at all stages of their careers — from Orientation, to manager training, to leadership development, and more. They have four key beliefs about learning — that it is personal, social, a process, and happens in real life — and they infuse these beliefs throughout the wide array of learning and development opportunities. As a team member, you'll always be thinking about new ways to help others grow, and you share a passion for empowering people to unlock their full
potential.
