Manage the implementation of Division landing pages and web based forms using web service data calls.
Maintain and support web-based applications for Company sites.
Support configuration of webs sites hosted on Microsoft IIS platform.
Deliver quick turn-around of enhancements and fixes as needed.
Perform usability testing on all website deployments.
Must be able to learn and work with existing web site infrastructure.
Manage website issues through TrackIt, email and telephone support.
Troubleshoot problems to provide a high level of Customer Satisfaction and be an expert with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Create and manage an online training program on the Associate Portal for Divisions to reference for managing content on all Lennar online applications.
Train Division Website Content Administrators to manage content using Sitecore’s WYSIWYG editor.
Complete technical development projects on an as needed basis, including development, content management and website administration of any Lennar websites.
Log and manage all items included in maintenance releases.
Review all functional and technical requirements for enhancements.
Create and manage all Sitecore and LivePerson accounts for Division Associates.

Facebook and Twitter APIs
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Sitecore Content Management Software (or other CMS)
Microsoft Office
Sitecore experience is a plus
Articulate experience is a plus


Must possess initiative and be highly motivated.
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum five years related work experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
Strong work ethic, good written, communication and interpersonal skills.
