Our client has an immediate opening for an In-house Agency Operations Lead to help drive and implement changes to their creative delivery workflow process and business operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelors degree in a related business or creative field required
8+ years prior agency experience
Must have working knowledge of the creative process, agency workflow processes, roles, technology and common tools
SOFTWARE:
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as experience with a project management software.

JOB OVERVIEW:
This role reports to the Creative Service Director and functions to enable the implementation of changes to the creative delivery workflow process that will transition Creative Services from a service delivery model to an account services model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partners with 1st level managers to identify and implement high- impact, high-leverage workflow changes that define and incorporate supporting roles, address effective resource allocation and drive creative oversight
• Implement and ensure effectiveness and efficiencies of key structural roles (Traffic/Project Coordinator, Scheduler, Creative Director and Account Manager) as it relates to workflow process.
• Educates and coaches on agency workflow process - initially focused on 1st level managers and employees in key roles of the workflow (traffic/project coordinator, scheduler
• Identifies and creates processes and tools for ensuring adherence to workflow processes and is responsible for monitoring intended outcomes
• Participates in strategic and working meetings as needed
• Leads and leverages a small dedicated operational team to support in the strategic development of solutions and the tactical implementation
• Provides regular status updates to leadership and seeks support when additional help is needed
• Leads the development and implementation of best practices specific to workflow to increase effectiveness and promote greater opportunities for growth.
• Evaluates existing workflow processes and through gap analysis provides recommendations and develops a roadmap for improvements and a business case for undertaking necessary changes
• Works in conjunction with the client’s Business Integration support team to create proper processes, metrics and controls for systematic workflow across the enterprise
• Leads the innovation of new tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of key structural roles
