Implementation Consultant

The Technical Service Consultant is a customer-facing role responsible for guiding new clients through the implementation process of our client's platform. You will be responsible for providing support and feedback for tags and data feeds, setting up accounts, and offering general support for clients throughout the implementation process.

The Technical Service Consultant should excel at translating technical requirements to all audiences. You will serve as a liaison between the development team and the client, as well as the internal client success team.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the platform's technical requirements, how it functions and communicate challenges between departments
- Understand JavaScript, in such as you're able to explain how tags function and why they're necessary
- Work closely with Client Success team to ensure client is on schedule and campaigns will be ready at launch
- Work closely with Development and Technical Services team to support client environments and email service providers

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Javascript (1+ years experience a bonus)
- Understanding of online retail, email marketing, and web analytics
- Understanding of version control using git
- Enthusiastic learner, particularly with programming languages and practices
