Image Asset Manager

Our biggest Fortune500 banking client seeks a Digital Image Asset Manager to work in their In-house advertising agency . They will assist the Art Buyer with managing the image/asset library.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of digital graphics/production experience in a fast-paced environment and experience managing image libraries for large Corporate clients.

Must have a working knowledge of design and production for advertising including proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

* 12-18 month contract role, on site, in Wilmington, DE, 40 hours per week. (remote candidates are NOT being considered)

· Coordinates the delivery and archiving of digital imagery for promotions, advertisements, video, packaging, and informative and instructional materials
· Generates and manipulates graphic elements, images
· Downloads existing assets, repurposes existing assets, or creates new assets
· Ensures that all downloaded, repurposed or created assets match all requirements - color space, size, resolution, format, etc.
· Adds metadata to assets and files in appropriate servers
· Collaborates with enterprise brand group (and other internal constituencies) to ensure that assets conform to all applicable brand guidelines.
· Tracks copyright information, vendor information and licensing parameters for all images.
· Assists Art Buyers with managing the image library
· Acts as partner, maintaining solid relationships with clients and others in the agency
· Manages and prioritizes a high volume of work under tight deadlines
· Adheres to established processes to ensure compliance on all jobs.
· Communicates with team/client regarding project details, specifications and status.

Required skills
· At least 3 years of graphics/production experience.
· Proficient in visual communication with well-developed creative sensibilities
· Working knowledge of design & production for advertising
· Demonstrated high-level organization and communication skills (both written and verbal).
· Excellent listening and consultative/partnership capabilities
· Able to handle direction and constructive criticism.
· Self-starter / multi-tasker
· Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
· Fast-learner with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment

Software Must-Haves
· CS5.5: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro
· Strong Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook 2
· QuarkXPress
· Mac and PC cross-platform
