Illustrator/Graphic Designer with Motion Graphics

Job Title:  Illustrator/Designer with Motion Graphics (must be able to draw)

A world class international Out Of Home advertising company, headquartered in London is looking for an Integrated Designer with Motion Graphics. 

Reporting to the Senior Designer, the role is varied and will include a range of digital, print and audio-visual projects for online and offline channels. Whether visually supporting pitches for the world’s most recognised brands or producing collateral for the Group’s online channels, the role requires imagination, high levels of organisation, design proficiency and motivation to challenge the status quo. 

Design, you will be: 
• Creating video show reels and motion graphics including editing footage, photos and audio 
• Client collateral: creating engaging PowerPoint decks and templates 
• Mock-ups: campaign mock-ups and retouching 
• Creative optimisation: using the in-house tool (CréAction) to help clients improve campaign performance in OOH 
• Print: working with international teams to produce campaign books 
• Online content: producing visual collateral (infographics, illustration, videos, whitepapers etc) for the Group’s global content strategy 

Idea Generation 
• Proactively offering new ideas for marketing and sales material, challenging the status quo 
• Assisting the creative campaign team (Creative Solutions) in generating concepts for custom and creative OOH campaigns 

Online Marketing 
• Creating graphics, infographics, whitepapers, documents, illustrations and videos for the online channels including the website, social media channels and YouTube 

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• A demonstrable communicator; articulate in presenting design ideas and concepts 
• Ability to interpret briefs creatively 
• Strong project management skills 
• Strong team player, energetic with a can-do attitude 

Experience & Knowledge:
• Previous experience in a multimedia design role 
• Experience working to multiple deadlines 
• Demonstrate a different approach to different clients and briefs 
• Excellent design, layout, illustration and typography skills 
• Knowledge of and interest in advertising, B2B, technology and online channels 

Technical Skills:
• Animation & Motion Graphic software (After Effects) 
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
• Video editing software (Premiere) 
• Microsoft PowerPoint 
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D or Maya would be an advantage 
• Knowledge/understanding of online/content marketing concepts an advantage 

• Qualified in design or a design-related course with a strong portfolio
