Aquent's client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to work a 1 year contract in Richfield, MN (suburb of Minneapolis-No remote). This role would drive both new and existing projects across multiple technology teams.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-priority projects across local and distributed teams focused on maintaining web-based software applications and e-commerce solutions to support customer, business and technology needs. Project work will include support and maintenance of current systems, system enhancements, infrastructure support and new application development.

You will be working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced and fluid work environment, ensuring programs and projects are aligned with enterprise timelines and business objectives. You will at times operate in an environment of ambiguity and must be skilled in driving the teams to clarity. Flexibility will be required as many of the projects will include activities in advanced technology where the subject matter experts build understanding and solutions as the project evolves. Having the ability to oversee and coordinate at a broader program level as well as dive into a level of technical detail for understanding and facilitation will be beneficial.

This role will require coordination and alignment with the assigned project team, third-party vendors, business and technology stakeholders, business and technical operations as well as multiple project and product teams throughout the organization. Primary responsibility will be for the delivery of technology and business solutions while maintaining time, scope, quality, and budget.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
•Drive project outcomes while maintaining time, scope, resources, quality & budget
•Use available Project Management tools to schedule and track project tasks, status, budget and resources
•Provide day-to-day support and work direction of project teams, both local and distributed
•Work with project leads and architects to identify and prioritize scope, create project roadmaps and build execution plans for delivery
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve dependencies
•Manage project variances and stakeholder alignment
•Provide project status reporting, communication and escalations to appropriate stakeholders
•Manage financials, budgets and forecasts for multiple projects and programs
•Facilitate contracts with third-party vendors, receive and approve invoices related to project scope
•Coordinate with other project and product teams, change management, operations and enterprise teams
•Presenting to sponsors and executive leadership
