IT Communications/Business Change Manager

• This IT Communications/Business Change Mgr will primarily be handling internal employee communication, messaging, all hands meetings as well as updates to senior leadership.
• Experience in change management and the methodology.
• In consultation with the Change Leader and the Management team, the IT Communications/Business Change Manager develops strategic communications plans and messages. Leads the executions of tactics to support the overall department objectives and specific initiatives.
• Experience with change management for a large IT system implementation preferred.
• Handle all messaging and schedule/facilitate all-hands meetings.
• Work with senior leadership to communicate updates and discuss how change is impacting the team.



Responsibilities:
• Manages day to day Communications for the department
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process for Communications and Change Management
• Maintain a list of all changes within the organization as applicable to ensure traceability
• Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed through the Change Lifecycle and expectations are managed
• Works with content experts on the creation and execution of audience specific communication plans and tactics
• Writes and edits with clarity of purpose, intent and perspective based on audience
• Distributes messages through appropriate communications channels
• Creates and implements systems of communication measurement and integrate those results into future communications
• Consistently looks for ways to enhance existing processes for great consistently
• Supports the team on all aspects of development and execution for recurring associate engagement; including content and creative development

• Ability to influence decisions across all levels
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work in a technically complex and fast changing environment
ADKAR Knowledge is a Plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 5-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

SKILLS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. PC proficiency.
