The core team works on a wide variety of projects. Responsibilities Summary: • Work consists of full-lifecycle Change Management activities including: - Change management scope assessments - Stakeholder analysis and end user analysis - Sponsor collaboration and support of role as change leader, as applicable - Communication and Engagement planning - Change network initiation and support - Training design, development, planning and delivery, as applicable - Deployment support planning - Sustainability planning • Experience with global roll outs of new technology and accompanying processes • Ability to understand technical projects and communicate in layman's terms, etc. • Requires the following soft skills: - strong verbal, written, and presentation skills - a self-starter who can learn and transition quickly – is flexible - the ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment - the ability to facilitate change management-focused meetings and planning sessions - ability to effectively organize and prioritize work, and delegate or ask for assistance as appropriate • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with training development software such as Captivate, perform, Articulate • Knowledge of SharePoint with basic site creation experience • Change management certification is a plus. 

Under broad direction, identifies user requirements and assists with the design, development and documentation of business processes. Assists in the development of user training and works with users to ensure that processes are correctly followed. Communicates with business units to ensure business needs are met. Is an advocate to the business unit and user community. Coordinates and conducts user training. Assists in supervising others. Provides basic job training and guidance on a regular basis; performs work of same or closely allied nature. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in a Business related field and 10-14 years of experience in a related field or 15 -20 years of related experience. Should have direct experience in process field of specialization and extensive knowledge of business processes and process management techniques. 

Design, development and documentation of business processes. Initiation and coordination of process improvement projects. Communicates with business to determine process needs. Coordinates and conducts user training. Generation of metrics to determine if processes are followed and desired results are being met. Portfolio Management of IT Systems (by Process Area). Provide business process knowledge and application end user support to business operations (including development of PEN network and requirements identification). Serve as level II application support staff. Demand Planning and Prioritization of IT initiatives (including both minor enhancements/bug fixes and new initiatives). Opportunity Development. Application of process and system knowledge to problem resolution. Functional requirements development and documentation. Business case development. Facilitation of funding source. Project Metrics/Measurement (including value proposition, milestone reporting). Project Execution. Scope control. Change management. System testing. Collaborative project reviews w/ customer (in conjunction with delivery organizations). Training specifications and delivery. Deployment planning and implementation. Systems strategy development (in support of function/process and PSL).
