ISM Operations Specialist

Works cross-functionally to project manage the execution of ISM (In Store Marketing) for given business area(s).

Primary responsibilities include: creating and holding cross-functional partners accountable to scope, end-to-end timing & action, budget, collecting and handing off ISM information/data to execution partners and facilitating the approval of files.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership/Team
Owns of all Project management functions for a given division(s)
Partners with all internal and external groups to recommend the optimal work plan for a given project
Provides solution oriented approach so that all problems are escalated with proposed solutions
Partners with Manager to drive process improvements and ensure success for the business unit as a whole
Drives institutionalized development and training of best methods and practices

Work Plan Development:
Develops work plan in terms of project scope, assumptions, timelines, approval milestones, hurdles and contingencies
Prioritizes tasks for multiple projects in order to meet deadlines

Manage Workflow and information:
Acts as a liaison between internal and external groups to expedite workflow, communicate deadlines and deliver on-time materials
Works directly with production partners to ensure quality and brand-right execution
Manages schedule creation, concept and execution job open/close within systems
Facilitates set up of sign identifier and specifications within systems
Documents sample needs for photography
Manages project and product details and assets for mechanical development
Proactively collects team inputs to update ISM content in select communication vehicles
Participates in multi-channel pause-and-learn hindsight meetings or conducts if in-store only, identifying process improvements or best practices themes
